Nicky, I am so sorry to hear about this. I hope your last days weren't unbearable. I can't even count the number of times we played basketball at Hester's or threw frisbee no telling where. I know we haven't seen each other in many years but I also know it wouldn't have made any difference the next time we did see each other. My heart is aching for myself and everyone that knew you and it is my privilege to say I was one of them.

I was one of his dialysis nurses. He was such a pleasure to take care of. I would tease him about how honorary he was and he would just laugh. We had the best time even though he felt so bad. Such a nice man and it was a sad day to hear of his passing. May GOD be with you all through this time. He will truly be missed daily by all the staff at DCI DANVILLE!

My memories of Nicky stretch back to when he was a member of my boys’ Bible class at Calvary Baptist Church. I remember him as a quiet thoughtful boy and very well behaved.
I often spoke to his parents about Nicky. They lived just two streets over from the Church.
I lost track of Nicky over the years but I hope he lived a full and happy life.
