Obituary for James Nicholas "Nick" Hays
Nick Hays, 59, passed away Tuesday November 3, 2020. He was born in Danville, Kentucky on November 25, 1960, a son of the late Kendall and Doris VanArsdale Hays.
Nick was a graduate of Danville High School, Class of 1978, and enjoyed playing and listening to music. He had a passion to learn and reading history and theology were his favorite subjects.
Surviving Nick are his brother, sister-in-law and niece, Kevin, Marla, and Hannah Hays.
Nick will be laid to rest in a private burial next to his parents in Hillcrest Cemetery in Perryville. Services are under the direction of Walden Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Nick’s life will take place from 1 – 5 p.m., Saturday November 7, 2020 at 1077 W. Secretariat Danville, KY 40422. All friends are invited to this casual celebration to remember Nick.
