Obituary for Roberta Ann Hagan (Douglas)

Roberta Ann Douglas Hagan, 61, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020. She was born June 9, 1959 in Lebanon, Kentucky, one of ten children of the late Henry Isaac and Mattie Bernice Brown Douglas, Sr. and was the loving wife of eleven years to William Joseph Hagan.
Roberta was a former employee of Burger King and was a member of Perryville First Baptist Church. She was baptized at Lebanon First Baptist Church under Rev. Tommy Calhoun and loved the Lord, being in church, and singing in the choir. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband William, enjoyed being with her family and friends, and like to go dancing.
Including her husband William, survivors are her son, daughter–in-law, and granddaughter, Kevin Eugene (Kenda) Douglas, E’Nyja DayAnnair Douglas, step-children, Billy Ray Hagan, Dewanda Dear, Latisha Hagan, siblings, Mary Elizabeth Douglas, Henry Isaac Douglas, Jr., Janette (Melvin) Porter, Raymond Lee Douglas, Wanda Lee Douglas, a host of nieces and nephews, special friends, A’Shanta Scott, Shirley Wheeler, Kathy Fermon, Kathy Porter, Brenda Williams and Sissy Calhoun.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Joyce Marie, Doris Jean, Beatrice, and William Calvin.
The funeral service will be 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Perryville First Baptist Church with Pastor Jeffery Yocum officiating. Burial will be private at Lebanon National Cemetery. The wake will be 5 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday August 18, 2020 also at First Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be the Brotherhood of First Baptist Church.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Roberta’s nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to First Baptist Church.
Services are under the direction of Walden Funeral Home Perryville.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, masks are required to be worn at the wake and funeral. Thank you for following the guidelines.
