Penny Elizabeth Kuhn Garcia, 58, passed away Thursday November 1, 2018. She was the daughter of Jackie Kuhn and Mary Miller Kuhn and was born in Springfield, Ohio on December 24, 1959.In addition to her parents, she is survived by three daughters, Bobbie Jo Godbey, Penny Gourley, and Annie Holley.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Perryville Church of God with Judy Wilson officiating.
