Obituary for Nydia Lee "Dee" Gerlach
Nydia Lee “Dee” Gerlach, 45, passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021. She was born March 25, 1975 in Danville to Cheryl Reardon.
She worked as a rural mail carrier and enjoyed being outdoors. She liked to be on the water kayaking or fishing and being with her grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, Cheryl Reardon, Dee is survived by two children, Dakota (Caitlyn) Douglas, Kaylee Reardon, three grandchildren, Fox Douglas, Kinzley Reardon, Koda Douglas, and a sister, Ivy (Matthew) White.
There will be a graveside service at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Elder Cemetery in Casey County officiated by Pastor John David Lane.
Services are under the direction of Walden Funeral Home Perryville.
