Obituary for Mary Louise Bottom (Hafley)
Mary Louise Hafley Bottom, 70, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019. She was born October 11, 1948 in Gravel Switch, Kentucky, the daughter of the late James W. and Mary Wheeler Hafley and was the widow of Jimmy Bottom.
Louise was a member of Gravel Switch United Methodist Church and enjoyed crafts and painting. She taught both ceramics and painting and loved being with her grandchildren.
Survivors include three children, Cheryl (Rob) Pingleton, Jennifer Holt, Scott (Heather) Bottom, nine grandchildren, Rachel and Matthew Pingleton, Christopher and Natasha Sargent, Vanessa, Erica, Jasmine, Elizabeth, James Bottom, and two great-grandchildren, Justice and Journey Ashbury.
A Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 7, 2019 at Walden Funeral Home Perryville. Family and friends may call from 12:00 p.m., (noon) until the time of service at the funeral home.
