Obituary for Margaret Sue Dunsmore (Fields)
Margaret Sue Dunsmore, 65, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021. Margaret was born in Stanford, Kentucky on June 26, 1956 to Lena Ross Fields and the late Lovell Fields. She worked for the Jefferson County Board of Education as the Cafeteria Assistant Manager.
She is survived by her daughter, Dianna (Ely) Sanneman, mother, Lena Ross Fields, granddaughter, Jocelyn Sanneman, niece, Jillia Clark, her brother, Terry (Diane) Fields, and her daughter’s father, Kevin Dunsmore.
Margaret is preceded in death by her father, Lovell Fields, and her daughter, Nicole Dunsmore.
Margaret was an avid UK Basketball fan. She enjoyed rooting and cheering for them throughout her lifetime. Margaret also enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter who she had a very special relationship with. She was an Autism Awareness Advocate due to this special bond that they shared.
Margaret’s service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 12, 2021 with Bro. Rick Davidson officiating at Walden Funeral Home of Perryville. The committal service will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Perryville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m., Tuesday until the time of the service.
