Obituary for Margaret Wills Brown
Margaret Wills Brown, 94, passed away Wednesday January 29, 2020. Margaret was born in Mercer County on May 30, 1925 the youngest of 10 children of the late Edward G. and Sadie Bell Mattingly Wills. She was preceded in death by her Husband Donald R. Brown.
Margaret was a lifelong member of Perryville Christian Church and a sixty year member of the Homemakers Club. She was an avid bowler, who also loved basketball. She loved to read and enjoyed all types of music. Margaret loved the outdoors and gardening.
Those left to cherish Margaret’s memory is her son, Lawrence Lovely, stepdaughters, Vera Banks, and Penny (Stuart) Freedman. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 2, from 3-6 p.m., at Perryville Christian Church. Her funeral will be Monday, February 3, beginning at 11 a.m., at Perryville Christian Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pall Bearers will be her grandsons, Jason and Joshua Banks, Elders and Deacons of Perryville Christian Church.
