Obituary for Joyce Ann Pendygraft (Roller)
Joyce Ann Roller Pendygraft, 73, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021. She was the widow of Ira Raymond Pendygraft, who passed away in 2014 and was the daughter of Melvin and Dorothy Strevels Roller. Joyce was born in Danville, Kentucky on July 5, 1948 and loved her family, friends, and church.
Joyce was a faithful member of God’s Hometown Church. She loved attending church, and her many conversations with her friends.
Survivors include one child, Brian (Vickie) Pendygraft, two grandchildren, Caitlin and Annie Pendygraft, sister Mary (Chip) Vanlandingham, brother-in-law Frebert Honaker, niece Ashley Vanlandingham, nephews, Michael Pruitt, Chase (Amity) Vanlandingham, Tony (Ann) Honaker, Terry (Julie) Honaker, great nieces and nephews, Leighla, Kaya, Charlie Nash Vanlandingham, Matthew, Caleb, Cameron, Devin Honaker and Kelsi Edgington.
In addition to her parents and husband, Joyce was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Honaker.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Walden Funeral Home Perryville with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Parksville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Frebert and Tony Honaker, Chip and Chase Vanlandingham, Michael Pruitt, Ronnie Pemberton, and Brian Pendygraft.
Honorary bearers are Amity and Ashley Vanlandingham, Danny Daugherty, David Logue, Lewis Hogue, Sammy Belcher and Donnie Pendygraft.
Memorial Contributions in memory of Joyce are suggested to WDFB 3595 Alum Springs Road, Danville, KY 40422.
