Obituary for James Thomas Tate
James Thomas Tate, 58, passed away Monday August 10, 2020. James was born July 18, 1962 in Danville, Kentucky a son of the late John Briscoe Clinton and Alma Lorraine Raley Tate. He was married to his wife Gladys “Ann” Lewis Tate for 31 years.
James was formerly a custodian for ATR in Danville and enjoyed woodworking and fishing. He was a loving husband and father and always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Ann, James is survived by a son, Allen James “A.J.” Thomas Tate, and a sister, Janice Sue (Darrell) Roller.
Along with his parents James was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Lynn and Larry Clinton Tate.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Walden Funeral Home Perryville is assisting the family with arrangements.
