Debbie Sue Edwards, 57, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019. She was born in Danville on February 4, 1962 and was the daughter of Billy and Barbara Sue Coyle Edwards.
Debbie was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. She collected Barbie dolls and enjoyed classic country music. She was an avid fan of the UK Wildcats and Cincinnati Reds. Debbie loved spoiling her nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Joanne (Carter) Lister, one brother, Parker Edwards, two nephews, Scott (Ellen) Roution and Austin Lister, two nieces, Kelsey Jo Lister and Annie Roution, “Special” Aunt Elnora Hendren and several additional aunts and uncles.
The funeral service will be Thursday, June27, 2019, at 1 p.m. at Walden Funeral Home Perryville with Chaplain Darrell Hahn and Bro. Bobby Estes officiating. Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Carter Lister, Austin Lister, Scott Roution, Mike Lankford, William Graves and Chase Kelly. Honorary pallbearers will be Kelsey Jo Lister, Annie Roution and Hospice caregivers.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to Heritage Hospice.
