Obituary for Christopher Edward Tate
Christopher Edward Tate, 44, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Chris was born August 13, 1977 in Jeffersonville, Indiana; a son of Ann Burchette Tate and the late Clyde Tate.
Chris worked in Maintenance for the Boyle County Housing Authority and enjoyed listening to Rock music, especially Metallica and Creed. Talking long walks was his time for relaxation and he loved making people laugh.
In addition to his mother, Chris is survived by two daughters, Katee (Josh) Barnett, Christy Tate (Robert Moore), a granddaughter, Lylianna Barnett, two siblings, Troy (Debra) Tate, Amy Tate, two nieces, Thalia, Trinity, and a nephew, Kyler.
Also, preceding him in death was three siblings, Kimberly Tate and twins, Ann Michele and Eddie Tate.
A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Parksville Cemetery Shelter. Burial will follow in the Parksville Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Robert Moore, Troy Tate and Jeremy Wilson.
