Barbara Ann Pike Holt, 70, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019. She was born in Boyle County on March 9, 1949, a daughter of the late Bradley and Dora Mae Belcher Pike and was the wife of 53 years to Stephen Holt.
Barbara was a homemaker and member of Mitchellsburg Church of God. She enjoyed going to church, singing and church fundraisers. She loved her grandkids, growing flowers and working jigsaw puzzles.
In addition to her husband, Steve, Barbara is survived by three daughters, Lois (Eugene) Crowe, Debbie (Steve) King, Dora Holt, five grandchildren, Kristy (Kelly) Simpson, April and Amy Crowe, Ashley and Courtney King, three great-grandchildren, Abby, Trinity, Mya, a brother, Billy Ray (Diane) Pike, and a sister, Dorothy (LeRoy) Roberts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Colton and two siblings, Frankie Pike and Rosie Smock.
The funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Mitchellsburg Church of God with Bros. Larry Moore, Stacy Wilson, and Kelly Burchett officiating. Burial will follow in New Holt Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 5-8:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Steve King, Kelly Simpson, Mike Stapp, Dakota, David, and Lathan Moore.
Honorary bearers will be Derrick Moore, Larry Moore, Jr., Jacob Simpson, Tharen Stevens, Jackie and Dean Holt.
Services are under the direction of Walden Funeral Home Perryville.
